Some questions that I am often asked are detailed below however if you wish to ask me question please use the contact form by clicking here.
Can anyone be hypnotised?
Yes, we all can be hypnotised, but only if we want to be. No one can be hypnotised against his or her will. We all drift into different hypnotic states every day.
Will I lose control or be made to say or do things I don’t want to?
It is likely that you will experience a deeply relaxed state while in trance but you will be totally in control of yourself at all times and aware of what is going on around you. You will be able to talk to me and answer questions at all times. If this is a concept that you are uncomfortable with there are many techniques that can be used which do not involve going into a trance state.
How much does it cost?
A charge of £60 is made for each session. I believe therapy can be difficult to squeeze cleanly into one hour slots and will therefore end when I feel good progress has been made but most sessions last between 45 and 75 minutes. Payment can be made by cash or cheque and I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a session.
How many sessions do I need?
We are all individual, with many different problems so number of sessions vary for each person but on average between three and six sessions.
